1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aiura ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Aiura is an AI-powered photo and video editing application that allows users to transform their images using advanced artificial intelligence technology. Features include outfit changing, hair styling, background replacement (teleport), object removal, image-to-video conversion, and body enhancement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and images you upload to Aiura ("User Content"). By using our App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
  • Depicts violence, abuse, or illegal activities
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harasses, defames, or invades the privacy of others

5. Subscription and Payments

Aiura may offer subscription-based premium features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge the payment method provided
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, AI technology, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Aiura and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
  • Create fake, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Impersonate others or create content without proper consent
  • Use the App in a way that could harm minors

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIURA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aiura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aiura operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
