Welcome to Aiura ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Aiura (the "App").

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our AI photo editing services
- To process and transform your images using our AI technology
- To improve and optimize our App's features and performance
- To communicate with you about updates, support, and promotional offers
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
4. Image Processing and Storage
Photos, videos, prompts and generated outputs are processed through our backend and the providers needed for the chosen feature. Files may be stored in Supabase Storage so processing and result delivery can complete. A signed download link expiring does not itself delete the stored file. You can request deletion of uploaded and generated media by contacting kaankapp@icloud.com. Provider records and backups may have separate retention requirements.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With our service providers: Hetzner for backend hosting, Supabase for account/database/storage services, Adapty and Apple for subscription management, Google Gemini for supported AI edits and generation, and Eachlabs and its workflow providers for supported dance-video features. The photo/video and prompt needed for a selected feature are sent to its relevant AI provider.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy
Aiura is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
